Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients:

Linguini or Spaghetti

3 cloves of garlic

2 eggs

Parmesan cheese

Parsley

Bacon cut into small pieces

Salt and pepper

 

Directions:

Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Over medium heat cook bacon and render its fat.

Mince garlic with Propresser to extract the garlic’s flavor.

Remove bacon and cook garlic over low heat in the bacon fat.

Add cooked pasta to bacon and mix thoroughly.

Mix cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.

Add egg mixture to pasta and mix thoroughly.

Add a little of the reserved pasta water to loosen up the sauce.

Add bacon back to pot and mix.

Finally add the parsley and optional extra parmesan cheese.
