This spatula looks very durable and the double end likely is very useful. I have not tried the spatula. My hand is large so I found the shaft to be a bit shorter than I would like. If I hold the spoon end the spatula end is easier to wield tho that is not my preferred method, especially if I scoop before stirring. I will provide a more specific review after using.
I saw this gadget advertised on Food52 and was intrigued enough to buy it. It came on Monday this week, and after washing it, I used it that night, as well as the next night. I loved it. I have regular silicone spatulas of varying sizes, but I actually liked this better. It's got two different spatulas at either end: a spoon side and a larger flat side. I love that the flat side is flexible, yet THIN. It will be much handier than my other scrapers that are considerably thicker. I used the spoon side the first use to very quickly empty a jar of preserves into my dish. It's very well-made and the spoon got nearly every scrap in that jar with little effort on my part. The flat side was used the next night to mix crab cakes and was very efficient, as well. It washes and dries easily. In a world filled with all kinds of spatulas and scrapers, you may wonder is it worth it. I happen to really like mine and am glad I got it. I see myself reaching for this often.
